Corum – Convention Center

Business events and entertainment at Montpellier Convention Centre

Located on the edge of the Écusson district, Le Corum stands out with its striking façade of Finnish pink granite. Did you know? This building, designed by Claude Vasconi and opened in 1990, ranks among the top conference centres in France and is one of the country’s major opera houses. Business events and artistic performances come together in this versatile venue that celebrates culture in all its forms.

Located just a 10-minute walk from our hotel, the Best Western Comédie Saint-Roch, it enjoys a prime location right in the city centre. If travelling by car, a nearby car park with around 500 spaces is available. Le Corum includes three main venues: Opéra Berlioz (2,000 seats), Salle Pasteur (745 seats) and Salle Einstein (318 seats).

In the morning, heads of state and international delegations gather at the Montpellier Exhibition Centre. In the evening, the halls come alive with performances by the Montpellier Occitanie National Orchestra and artists from around the world. Be sure to visit for a conference, a congress, a gala evening or one of the many dance, music and film festivals held here. These include: Festival Radio France, Cinemed, Montpellier Dance Festival.

Between meetings, Le Corum’s terrace offers unobstructed views over the rooftops of Montpellier, the Écusson district and Saint-Pierre Cathedral.
